We do not sell paperboard or raw materials; however, our team procures a broad range of high quality paperboard to fulfill all our client packaging solution needs. Learn more about our paperboards here.
Our procurement team sources a wide range of paperboard from a global network in order for our clients to find the best match for their unique specifications. From SBS to SUS, CRB, FBB and Chip Board, as well as Corrugated Fiberboard (microflute), our high quality paperboards are suitable for all types of packaging applications. Netpak does not print on corrugate board, but offers an alternative solution: corrugated fiberboard. Our corrugated fiberboard, also known as micro-flute, is a lightweight and durable corrugated board available in a wide range to meet your folding carton requirements. Unlike corrugated board, microflute allows for excellent printability and also improves the protective qualities of your packaging.
Yes! Netpak is a turn key solution provider of printed folding cartons. Our team of experts will take you through the printed packaging process from the conceptual phases to production and to the finished product. Our structural design specialists will develop your dieline based on your product and size or improve your existing dieline to ensure you have the best and most cost effective packaging solution.
To further our sustainability efforts, we use a variety of odourless, water-based inks and glues that are Health Canada and FDA approved for boxed food use. These types of carefully formulated inks and glues offer superior performance and significantly optimize the recyclability of a product, as well as its overall life cycle.

The minimum quantity per order is 5000 units. Our customer’s success is our success, so we want to hear about your project even if your quantity is less than our minimum order quantity. We print on a wide range of paperboards in various sizes. Our minimum print size is 16” x 23” and the maximum print size is 28.5” x 40”.
You can make a request for a blank prototype or printed sample with your sales representative once your project is in motion. Netpak’s team of experts can develop a printed sample or blank prototype of your folding carton packaging to help ease through the approval process and give you a preview of your final folding carton packaging.
Netpak offers turnover lead times on all our orders among the fastest in the printing and packaging industry. Continuously improved standardized processes and state-of-the-art equipment allow us to provide production times as quick as 3 to 4 weeks for your project, depending on the paperboard availability.

Finished packaging boxes are shipped flat and can be packaged to meet your requirements and needs. Our logistics and fulfillment center offers co-packing and our team of experts will make sure your carton arrives to its destination on time, every time.
As your company grows, it is only natural that you will need to hold more inventory to meet demand. Netpak offers warehousing solutions, as well as inventory fulfillment solutions, for ultimate flexibility with your printed folding cartons project. Our customer service team provides inventory management and stock control to continuously keep your team up-to-date on the latest inventory count.
