Netpak Receives Fourth Consecutive BRC Certification

In 2018, Netpak received its fourth consecutive certification under the British Retail Consortium Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials Issue 5. Certification Scope

Upon completion of the auditing process, Netpak received certification for packaging under the BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials Issue 5. The certification scope included the manufacture, conversion and warehousing of folding cartons, sleeves and labels intended for food contact packaging applications.

The standard was used by major retailers, manufacturers and suppliers to support consistent quality, safety, operational criteria and fulfillment of legal obligations in food and beverage packaging supply chains.

The Packaging and Packaging Materials standard was also recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative, making it especially relevant for customers that needed packaging suppliers with documented food safety, hygiene, traceability and process controls.
