Fit is one of the first technical issues to confirm. A sleeve that is too tight can slow packing, scuff the product or deform the package. A sleeve that is too loose can shift on shelf, hide important information or fail during handling.

Structural design and dieline planning should define panel dimensions, opening tolerances, fold locations, glue areas, cutouts, barcode placement and any required locking or retention features before artwork is finalized.
