JOB TITLE : Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISEUR : Director, Financial Operations

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reception of calls
  • Process inbound and outbound documents (e-mail, mail, fax)
  • Manage all mail and all deliveries
  • Welcome visitors and customers, and offer them assistance
  • Order office supplies, if necessary
  • Assist the management team in various administrative tasks

Description of skills:

  • Bilingualism in oral and written form in both official languages
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good command of MS Office suite software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • DEP in office automation or related fields – an asset

Employment status: permanent

Work schedule: 5 days / week (L-V 8h00-17h00)
