  • Can Netpak create the CAD dieline for my product?

    Yes. Our packaging engineers build production-ready CAD dielines from your product dimensions or a physical sample. We optimize folds, glue flaps, and tolerances for efficient converting and packing.

  • What do you need to start a structural design?

    Provide exact product dimensions, weight, primary and secondary pack count, intended board type if known, and any display or shelf constraints. A photo or sample helps us validate fit and hold.

  • Will I receive a prototype before production?

    Yes. We can supply blank white prototypes for structure checks and printed mockups for sell-in. Prototypes confirm fit, closures, and assembly before you approve the final dieline.

  • Can you work from my existing dieline?

    Yes. We can validate your dieline, correct tolerances, and adapt it to our manufacturing standards. If a redesign will improve performance or yield, we will recommend it.

  • What file specs should I use for prepress?

    Send a print-ready PDF with all fonts outlined, images embedded, and artwork in CMYK or approved spot colours. Keep the dieline on a separate non-printing layer or spot colour. Include barcodes at final size and any regulatory marks needed for your market.

  • Do you manage colour and proofs?

    Yes. Our prepress team provides colour management and proofs for sign-off. We match brand standards, then create CTP plates in-house to control consistency on press.

  • Can you handle multiple SKUs in one run?

    Often, yes. We can evaluate ganging compatible SKUs on the same structure to improve efficiency. Our team will advise on layout and changeover impact.

  • Do you support industry requirements like food, health & beauty, and pharma?

    Yes. We review dielines and artwork for readability, legal panels, and space for lot and expiry coding. Provide your regulatory requirements and we will incorporate them in prepress checks.
